the crew did an excellent jog cleaning my chimney , after the cleaning the technician took pictures from inside the chimney and presented with a beautiful explanation of some safty issues that needed to be addressed , and presented me with a quote for the repair needed. beautiful job guys

They are real good and their prices are, other companies gave me quotes that would not use them, and they weren't the cheapest, but I selected them because I felt comfortable with them and they did a real outstanding job. They were courteous, friendly and they cleaned up after themselves.

AWESOME!! A&A Chimney Sweep was in constant contact with us from the scheduling of the work to the confirmation the day before to the call 30 minutes before the appointment to the time they left. Since the parts needed were so big they had to be delivered to the house. A&A contacted us the day before they parts were arriving to give us a heads-up. On the day of the job Josh was extremely polite and explained everything they were doing. They were mindful and respectful to our house. Suggesting what to move and using drop clothes where ever needed. They asked me questions along the way as to entry points to the house they could use or access to the back yard before just  using them. I appreciated that. They came a little late in the day to start the work but forged on until it was done and did a great job. They showed me what they had done from the inside as well as the outside to make sure I was happy with the work before they started finishing up. Since they had shown me and explained to me what was there and what was going to be done before they began the work I felt good "signing off" on the work. One the parts that came was wrong and they realized this early on and ordered the part so it would be ready in the next day or two. We were a little concerned about the finish of the masonry and told Josh when we spoke about the return appointment and he was glad to fix at no additional cost to us. They came back out and installed the cap that should have come the first time and fixed the interior masonry work. We were very pleased with their work ethic and professionalism. I will recommend them to whomever I can and I would gladly use them again.
