I cannot say enough good things about Phil and his team at 3rd Story Philly. We worked with them on a third floor addition to our graduate hospital row home in 2019. Phil guided us throughout the entire process from architectural renderings to permitting to construction. We worked with Zach and his team on the construction and it was a great experience. I would work with both Phil and Zach again without hesitation. They were knowledgeable, honest, and great to work with.

3rd Story Philly is an amazing team! We have been able to create our dream home. Their experience and knowledge in Philly Row Homes has been priceless. Our home had many issues in the foundation and structure, and their amazing team have been able to handle every issue and built us an amazing new foundation and home! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality work. Renovating our home is stressful (because we miss living in it), but the quality of the work and end result have never been a part of that stress. Great business!!!

Expert crew of workmen. Professional, responsive and dedicated tradesman. In a world where on time and on budget are hard to accomplish, this team of construction aces overperforms. We've hired them for a handful of jobs, from basic apartment renovations to full-scale new construction and everything in between.

Zach and Phil were great to work with on getting our 3rd story addition in Fairmount off the ground and completed. Phil helped with strategic advising, collaboration through architecture/design, and then Zach with the construction with close attention to detail. They stayed mostly on time and on budget. Best of all we ended up building some good equity.

3rd Story Philly recently completed a 3rd story addition and roof deck for our Philadelphia rowhome and we could not be happier with the results.
