Rented 1 bedroom apartment 3 years. Amazing huge loft apartment.
Sept. 9, 2013 owner, Steve Marrone turned off fire alarms and used a torch on the roof.
After Steve Marrone left- the apartment building caught fire and burned down.
Steve Marrone never turned the fire alarm back on. Everyone got out safe.
The apartment was condemned and boarded.
Shutdown not just from the fire but the L&I inspector and the Phila. Fire Marshall
found so many violations.
While the building was closed off to residents it was robbed x2
We lost everything.
Steve Marrone received insurance money and is rebuilding...BEWARE
