They always call you to check, and they call the person you send the flowers to check. The price is perfect. They ring my bell and they call me and say it is there.

Their website was hinky and not easy to use, as I had to keep hitting the arrow key and trying to hover the arrow over the accept button. I was finally able to navigate through that h*** and place the flower order. They were to be delivered ON Mother's Day. The services were NOT performed. I waited all day to see if she would call to thank us, and nothing. I called her, she checked each of her decks...NOTHING. I got online and checked; it was CANCELLED. Without a call. Without an email. NADA. Mom lost Dad in August of 2012, she lives 200 miles away from us, I wanted to let her know she was not alone, and that we were thinking of her.
How messed up is that?! All they offered was a slight discount, and kept telling me this was and quot;far from the customer service's fault.and quot; Really? Isn't it customer service's responsibility to contact me, and let me know what happened? Okay, so the florist where mom lives and quot;ran out of those particular flowers,and quot; LET ME KNOW SO I HAVE TIME TO CHOOSE SOMETHING ELSE!!! Bunch of incompetent boobs!!! RUN!! Do NOT use this company! Run fast!!

In the pictures the lilies are in a vase with that price of $29.99, but when I called I was told it is actually $45 with the vase. There is nothing showing on there where the vase isn't included in that price. The guy that came on the phone was insisting that he had it saying that the vase wasn't included, the deal I got didn't state vase not included. You have to make sure you ask all the right questions when dealing with them.

I thought they were great! It was easy to order. They call beforehand to make sure that recipient will be home when they deliver. My daughter and son-in-law loved the flowers!

Generally well, but one set of floweres were not delivered. Additionally, I don't understand why to different work orders were created with the same work order confirmation number. It was a tad confusing.

The company always e-mails me when they have been delivered. The recipient called me and said that they were fresh and beautiful and always last along time and are delivered on the correct day.

In a pinch, 1-800-Flowers is excellent. They have a large selection of flowers and plants that can be delivered same-day in most areas. The only time I've ever had an issue is when the planter was broken upon arrival to a friend. They sent the same plant, same day, free of charge. They often have good circulars for discounts. The prices are a little much, but it's good to not have to worry about the service.

Delivery took place exactly as ordered. Roses were reported as perfect. I have used this florist several times. Only one problem ever and company sent out replacement flowers immediately.

I ALWAYS GET FEEDBACK THAT THE FLOWERS HAVE BEEN NICE, AND ARRIVE IN GOOD CONDITION. I HAVE NEVER HAD THEM MISS A DELIVERY, WHEN I HAVE ORDERED FLOWERS FOR SOMEONE. THEY ARE THE ONLY FLORIST I USE.
