3 yrs. ago Rocco applied a whole new rubber roof. Leak persisted despite numerous return visits. 2016 he applied a new rubber roof over the 3 yr. old roof. Leak persisted. At least 2 return visits including installing a new downspout did not resolve problem. Latest return supposedly "found" openings--"repaired". Leak returned following recent rainfall. 
These return visits were w/out additional charge (except for the downspout), but I paid for 2 roofs & still had a serious problem even though Rocco said that I now had a commercial roof. Btw, the foreman of the roofing group was shown on @ least 2 of the visits the water damage to the wood rafter area between the roof & the ceiling where the plaster had fallen out.
   I called in a second roofer--City Wide Roofing, recommended by a relative, in hopes that he might discover what Rocco failed to repair.  His men found water squirting up through new roofing where they stood. Said original roofer (Rocco) simply covered up problem w/2 roofs & I needed to have an extensive part of roof opened & the now rotting wood roof deck area which is holding water like a sponge replaced before repairing & sealing existing roof cover. The City Wide people discovered that water was running under the rubber from  missing shingles on an A-frame part of the roof that should have been obvious to a roofer who had no restrictions on the work that needed to be done originally. The squishy roof surface also evidently caused no concern on the repeat visits. The faulty drain to the downspout also needed to be replaced.

It was not very good. They did part good and there was a part that wasn't done very well. We were having some problems with them coming back and keeping their warranty.

They are very responsive, the quality of work is great, and I would highly recommend them.

They were punctual, their price was great and the work they did was great. They also cleaned up after themselves. I am planning to hire them again soon.

The construction of the skylight has not lasted at all.  The service when they were doing the work was very poor, and now they are making us pay for the repairs instead of taking responsibility for their shoddy work.

My neighbors recommended them to me. They were excellent. They were thorough and clean. The only problem was that they were Russian so they were hard to understand.

They did a good job on the roof. They give you a fifteen year warranty on their work. They moved to a new number and they didn't leave any information, so I couldn't get a hold of them and that was frustrating. The only way I found them again was that I called someone to get my deck work done and realized they were the same people. Now I don't know if my warranty is still valid.

Excellent. The work was performed in the time they told me, and their communication was excellent. I have recommended them to neighbors, who report similar satisfaction.

I didn t have a good experience with Rocco Roofing. They tore off the entire roof the first day and didn t cover it up and it ended up raining and it poured through three stories of my home. They were supposed to do piece by piece and cover it and they didn't. The workers did come on time everyday but when I asked them to clean up each day there was a language barrier so I called my friend on the phone to ask her to interpret to tell them I want it cleaned each day for nails. The owner was never there and he said he would be. The roof did get done but I have a lot of damages inside of the house that I have to repair now.

Rocco gave us a great estimate and stuck to it, so we do have a new roof and insulation. However he and I had a personality conflict, but I was able to work things out with his wife, who did a great job of mediating. His crew worked quickly, but they did not fix the primary structural dip that caused the pooling in the first place, even after coming out a second time. We are satisfied because the previous roof was so bad, however it is not ideal. I guess you get what you pay for b/c he charged half of any other roofer who bid on the project!

I WOULD NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT ON THE PHONE. AFTER THE WORK THEY DID AND MY ROOF BEING WORSE THAN THE START, I WONDER IF THE TWO GUYS THAT PATCHED IT ARE EVEN PROFESSIONAL ROOFERS?

It was a horrible job. Everything is awful. My insurance company says I need to go to court to sue them. They have people that come and demand money to clean up the job. They used the dumpster at the neighbors around the corner. They never cleaned up the yard, I had to have it done myself. They never send the same people to do the work
