My dogs have always been well taken care of every time they have been boarded here. The facilities are clean and the providers appear interested in my animals. The cost has increased significantly though every time we use them and we are now at a point that we will look for alternative kennels. (There is no discount for multiple pets - even though my 2 dogs stay in the same enclosure).

Sent him with a peanut butter filled Kong and chew toys to play with while in the pen area, and a pre- measured bag of food for dinner. Put everything in a bag and gave it to the owner while checking in, she set it on the counter and took my dog back to the area he would be staying in, asked if he was allowed to socialize with other dogs, what his feeding schedule was, and if i brought toys with him. Filled out all the paper work and listed his dinner feeding time was 4pm. I dropped him off at 9am and said I would be picking him up at 5pm. I ended up running late, picked him up at 6pm, to see his bag still sitting on the counter, with his toys and food still in it. When i asked why he wasn't fed at 4pm like I asked.... the reply was we feed at 6pm. I am not sure why you ask for individual schedules if they aren't used.
