They did a excellent job of taking our ideas for the remodel and making it a reality. They kept the project moving and did a great job of scheduling all the required trades. They kept us informed of every step along the way. We had an issue with the custom tub that we ordered. The manufacturer sent us the wrong configuration. KPS came up with a plan to make it work.  We are very happy with the end result. KPS even touched back a couple months after the project was completed to make sure that we didn't have any issues.

I chose KPS to finish my custom basement. After sitting and interviewing 3 reputable contractors I selected KPS for several reasons. They were the highest price, not by a ton, but for good reason - they do not nickel and dime you. KPS was so flexible through the entire project and very collaborative. If they saw something in my design that was not quite perfect, they would call it out right away and bring to my attention so I could make a change or allow them to proceed. The quality of workmanship was of the highest level. From the bar, wine closet, full bathroom and record stand they spent the extra time with making sure all of the final touches we perfect. Can’t say enough about the staff and KPS. I would use them again and again. Great work!
