I needed a key for obsolete lock on front storm door. He searched for found and ordered an old replacement lock saving me money on a new storm door or on refitting door with a new lock. He did not charge me for the initial visit to inspect my problem and gave me free advice on another DIY lock problem. He made me two extra keys for the old replacement lock from blanks he had on hand from years ago. No charge. Every time I lock the storm door I now feel secure knowing I don't have to worry about losing my key. I have a surplus of keys.

Mr. Brockmeyer is a very nice man and easy to work with. He had to order special parts for my patio door lock and did a fine job on the installation. In addition he purchased and installed a new storm door lock for my front door as well. He charged me just one service call in spite of having to come twice as the parts were hard to get .He always called ahead to make sure the time was convenient for me. I will use him again should I need lock service.
