 + -1 moreDuring the visit to secure an estimate, we discussed several questions that I had. After I received the estimate, I emailed them for confirmation about the issues we discussed but received no reply. Also, they require an up-front cash deposit of 25% (or greater if using a credit card). In the end, I used a local company which required no deposit, charged the same price, and performed the work satisfactorily.
