Have used this company seeral times in the past, but as far as I know they are no longer in business.

The plumber's assisstant showed up promptly and denied responsibility. When I explained to the assisstant that I was very surprised the owner himself did not phone us he replied the owner was sitting in the truck, right in front of my house. He made no attempts to come in and see the damage. I asked the assisstant plumber if I could talk with the owner, he went outside very annoyed and came back alone. About 10 minutes later I asked if the owner was coming in and he replied "I am second in charge, no offense but why can't you just talk to me" I explained that if I owned a business I would not sit in my car in front of an upset customers house, I would want to see the problem and damage myself. This made him even more annoyed. When he was leaving I again expressed my disatisfaction about how the owner handled the problem, and guess what the assistant said? This one floored me!! "The owner has a lot on his plate, he is under a lot of stress lately" This is what he told me. My ceiling is leaking and my walls are buckling and he is under alot of stress!!! Beware of contractors that treat customers this way and handle problems in this manner.

THIS PLUMBER WAS AWFUL. ON HIS FIRST VISIT, HE CLAIMED THAT THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL HAD TO BE REPLACED. THE WARRANTY COMPANY REQUIRED A SECOND OPINION, AND IT TURNED OUT IT WAS MERELY JAMMED WITH A FOREIGN OBJECT. THE PLUMBER ASKED TO USE OUR HOME PHONE TO CALL THE WARRANTY COMPANY, THEN PROCEEDED TO MAKE OTHER CALLS WITHOUT PERMISSION THAT WERE NOT RELATED TO THIS JOB, AND HE HAD A CELL PHONE ON HIS BELT. THE SECOND TIME HE CAME HE WAS TOTALLY BAFFLED AS TO WHAT MAY BE THE SOURCE OF THE LEAK. HE CUT A HOLE IN THE CEILING LOOKING FOR A LEAK HE NEVER FOUND. IT WAS LATER DETERMINED BY ANOTHER PROFESSIONAL THAT THE DRYER VENT WAS CLOGGED, AND CONDENSATION WAS BUILDING UP. I ALSO OVERHEARD THE MAN TELLING THE WARRANTY COMPANY OVER THE PHONE THAT HE HAD WORKED 3 HOURS, WHEN HE WAS ONLY HERE JUST OVER AN HOUR, AND ACTUALLY WORKED FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES.
