Steve does all my plumbing regardless if it is. Whether it’s a hot water heater or whether it’s a clogged drain line or anything that we’ve got to do, he does. He is really good. There are no delays when he comes out. He is fantastic. He been here on Saturdays. He communicates, that’s the thing that I love about him. That he’ll say, “I’m finishing up a job and I’ll be over, or I’ll send one of my helpers over. The guy’s phenomenal. No matter how big or how small, he’s great.

The contractor walked away from my project and left me in a lurch...
I was working with Steve and Monappella Tile to do a complete rip out and remodel of my Master Bathroom. I don't think they liked the fact that I was asking questions related to the pricing estimate or the quality of various components of the project (faucets, fixtures, vanity cabinets, etc.), so they made a sudden withdrawal from my project. I guess they only want to work with folks who don't care about the cost and quality of their project. If you care about the cost and details of a project, I would avoid Stellabot Plumbing and Monappella Tile. When I got a 2nd opinion on the plumbing portion of the project, which I thought was quoted high, the price came in $1,000, a full 25%, below Steve Stellabot's estimate.
My advice is to just avoid this Contractor unless you are willing to hand over your checkbook and don't care about cost or quality. If you care about how you spend your money and want to ensure that quality components are utilized in your project, this contractor may quit on you as well.
