Very well, did not normal spraying plus extra treatment in problem area on deck.

Kyle was excellent. He was very professional. He came to the house when we called. They set up an appointment. He couldn't be more professional. We had wasps, those ugly stink bugs, and then we had ladybugs. There were so many ladybugs in our third floor because we have so many trees around. He sprayed the garage, the front porch, and went all through the house. They're pet friendly so it doesn't hurt the four animals that we have. They're going to be coming back in August. They come back every three months. They're very professional. We don't have anymore bugs. We love them, love them, love them. No more bugs.

The service technician called on his way and was prompt arriving. He thoroughly explained how the treatment would work and where it would be applied and answered all my questions. There was also a 90 day guarantee for the work. I was very satisfied.

Anytime I have any kind of a problem which I haven’t, they are on call.  They are always on time and always professional.  Their price is very fair.

I am a thrifty person.  If they had outrageous prices I would not be hiring them.  They are excellent. They inspect the inside, and outside, and don't go where you don't want them to go.  They are very good, and I'll be using them in the future.

I hired them on a contact and they come on a quarterly basis. They are very reliable. I haven't had any problem since they started doing their quarterly treatments. I think their price is within industry standards. I got a couple of estimates and they were all pretty close.

We have been using them for about ten years. They are really good.

Jacques came to our house and evaluated the mold problem. He was pleasant and polite.  After the meeting, he sent an estimate for the work to be done, including removing most of the drywall in the basement as well as the carpets and ceiling tiles.  He described what needed to be done.  He recommended an air dehumidifier (large) which we were able to get on the internet instead of through Seitz, which saved us considerably.  There was no problem with this with Seitz.
On the day scheduled, Tom Drum and his crew of 2 others came and started to work.  They tore out everything and kept the mold spores  contained (as far as I could tell).  The three worked hard for almost 2 days and the place was wiped clean (all the bottles, videos, everything). Tom left a bottle of the mold spray for me so I could use if needed.  He was polite and pleasant and the basement is transformed into a sweet-smelling place. They did a great job--now the only thing is to put new stuff in!
