Marriott Termite and Pest Control

The job was never finished. There have always been bats, and guano (see image, taken today) in the attic of my rental home, from the time John Marriott started, almost two years ago, until now. For the past year he has not returned my many calls. He has cost me two tenants. He has had many excuses, among them, that he did not have the equipment, and quite frankly, was afraid to go on the roof to do the work. He insists that the work is done, after much bravado about customer satisfaction and his not strictly enforcing warranty timelines. I will have to sue him and hire someone else. Spare yourself.
