The technician who got the work done for us was outstanding and I would give him the highest ratings possible. When we had scheduled to get this work done, my husband happened to be in the ICU, as he has a heart condition. Toni, the service guy went above and beyond to help us out. He did whatever he could possibly do to make it as easy as possible. He went inside the hospital for payments as well. We had some problem with the manufacturing of the unit and he came back immediately to fix it till everything was working fine. He got the condenser plate fixed, as it had cracked. He was just terrific and I would use their services in the future, if need be. Since our house is pretty old, we had to get a lot of different work done in a lot of different areas. I wish every service person who had come out was as good as Toni, as he was really exceptional.
