+ -1 moreIt went so well...they have a van at Whole Foods in Jenkintown the first and third Fridays of each month. I took my tools in before I shopped and they were ready when I returned. Also, since I had 5 pairs of garden shears, I was not charged for all 5 but only for 3. Total cost was only $55.
Description of Work: I needed several garden shears sharpened. I wasn't sure if they did tweezers as well, but took them along. They do! I was buying new tweezers and I no longer have to do that!

+ -1 moreI found howesharp.com via a google search. I sent an email and Jesse called my by about 5 minutes later. We se up a time for him to come to my house and sharpen the knives. He called prior to arriving and showed up on time. The took my 5 year old knife set and restored the edges. They are very very sharp now. It's like having a new set all over again. I will be using him again in the future, although I can tell you I will not wait 5 years to have the edges restored again. Thank you Jesse.
Description of Work: On-site sharpening of 21 Wüsthof knives, a cleaver and pair os scissors. Repaired bent tip on pairing knife.

Howe Sharp offers the following services: Howe Sharp mobile sharpening services provides both on site(house calls) and offsite sharpening services. We sharpen all types of knives(including serrated knives), cleavers, scissors(including pinking shears), hair shears (beveled edge only), all types of garden tools including loppers, pruners, hedge trimmers(both electric and manual), mower blades, reel type push mowers, paper cutters, clipper blades, chisels and chain saw chains.
Currently Howe Sharp does not sharpen any kind of saw blades.
