"I was not aware that Member filed a report about us. In the past five years, Classic Exteriors has replaced at least (10) roofs in his neighborhood. Member is the only one that chose not to replace his skylights. Every other neighbor had leaking skylights and chose to have them replaced. Skylights last on average 15 years, if you are lucky! Our contract clearly states that we would “preserve (2) skylights”, which we did. We have had no complaints about any of the replaced skylights leaking to our knowledge."
