This guy is the worst he will start your project.. order wrong material leave it there and give you every excuse you can think of why he can't make it. I would not be surprised if he is operating without insurance or licensing. Beware he will take your money and run!

Total fraud. Will take your money, come up with endless excuses, and run. Currently working on suing him. It’s tough to sue a low life.

We hired Mario to install a whole house humidifier. It leaked all over the floor and has no effect on the humidity level in the house at all. Mario scheduled an appointment to come over and make the needed repairs, then didn't show up and disappeared. We took him to small claims court and won (100% refund plus all court costs) but Mario has not complied with the court's ruling. We are now suing him and his company to collect everything we've spent plus all additional legal and court costs. Huge waste of time, but a matter of principal. Contractors like this should be forced out of the business.

Mario Balbi and his partner Keith were able to do ALL of this work (I contacted several other companies and none would do both).  Mario and Keith were polite, hard working and detail oriented.  Their quality of work was above and beyond my expectations.  All of this at a very reasonable price!  I will call them for any type of work I need to have done in my house and highly recommend them.
