Steve was referred by a co-worker who raved about him. After some phone tag, he came over for an estimate. He was honest about his schedule (busy), but when he committed to a start date, he was prompt and efficient. Made good recommendations about fixtures, where to save money, where to splurge, what products would be best. Did immaculate work, cleaned up after himself. Overall a wonderful experience!
