Bob was very quick to respond to request for bid. Appeared honest upon first contact. Initial work was less than perfect & not completed. Changes to the initial plan were made on the fly. was told that "our goal" would be met. Had to call several times to get him back to finish. The last part was of a poorer quality than the first. Water diversion was not achieved.
