 + -1 moreWe met with four other realtors before we found TomSkiffington. We had confidence in Tom after our first meeting, and thiscontinued throughout the entire process of selling our home. Pricing wasone concern, and by the time we met with Tom we had three market analysesfrom other realtors, which varied by about $60K, and an independentappraisal we had conducted. Tom seemed to have a real sense of how to setthe price, and we ended up selling a few thousand dollars above theappraisal. We wanted to complete our sale within 90 days if possible, sothat we wouldn't be holding two properties. We feel everything was fair andreasonable, and about as easy as this process can be.
Description of Work: Tom Skiffington of Re/Max 440 sold our home in two weeks. After wereviewed pricing strategy and agreed to list with him, Tom arranged for aphoto shoot and created a really effective flyer. At the end of two weekswe had eleven showings, one offer, and we cancelled two additional showingsscheduled for the next day. Tom conducted "due diligence" to insure thatthe buyer had the necessary financial ability and negotiated an Agreement ofSale. Tom's Re/max 400 office then worked with us to provide guidance andresolve questions so we were properly prepared for settlement. We turnedover the keys eight weeks later.
