We met with four other realtors before we found TomSkiffington. We had confidence in Tom after our first meeting, and thiscontinued throughout the entire process of selling our home. Pricing wasone concern, and by the time we met with Tom we had three market analysesfrom other realtors, which varied by about $60K, and an independentappraisal we had conducted. Tom seemed to have a real sense of how to setthe price, and we ended up selling a few thousand dollars above theappraisal. We wanted to complete our sale within 90 days if possible, sothat we wouldn't be holding two properties. We feel everything was fair andreasonable, and about as easy as this process can be.
