They were ontime, kept in touch It was a tough job that they decided to try and with lots of obstacles they moved forward tackling each obsticle as it occurred and completed the job in a timely manner. I was very satisfied and they worked for the money....

The two who did the work continued till the job was done. They cleaned up the site before leaving. My wife and I were impressed with their hard work in the cold and rain.

They are out of their depth demoing our pool and no pride in the finish and keeping to what was promised. They voluntarily waived the deposit and delayed several weeks due to other projects. Once they began it only took them a few days. They damaged our fence gate and burned 5 arborvitae with their equipment. They did not use clean fill. They were supposed to bury all debris in the pool space and back fill. Didn't. They were supposed to bring in 6 inches of top soil up to grade, seed and straw. They did not. They used more fill that was not screened leaving behind a mud pit at least a foot deep where the pool used to be. There are huge clumps of dirt, rocks and even asphalt left behind that were not in our yard to begin with. They also left a 1 ft knife they used to cut the bail of hay in the grass that we found after our dogs had been running around the area for almost a week. No care. No pride in completion or workmanship. Demanded payment the next day and immediately threatened us with litigation when we questioned how they left it. We reluctantly paid them, but are very disappointed. Pool demolition not their forte.

Baily gave a quote to us. Price did not change. Demoed inside of a 24x 50 barn and cleaned up nicely.

The owner of this company was very personable. He was very helpful with working with us. He was very understanding that we had just been though a lot. He did exactly what he said he would. Showed up when he said he would. And completed the job quickly. I would highly recommend Precision Demo and Removal.

We loved having Bailey and his crew of hard workers in our project house. Work was done on the scheduled time discussed. Efficiently and smooth, without any unexpected snags. If we had more to demo, we'd have them back without question. Don't hesitate to get them into your next demo job. -Jeff B
