It never happened, they were unresponsive.
Description of Work: I tried to contact this company several times to get a new cabinet for a home they installed the cabinets in. Left 3 voicemails and sent an email, none of which were responded to. Their office hours aren't posted either to stop by. I guess they don't need the work.

The project went smoothly with the layout and preparation of the kitchen and the cabinets and hardware are fantastic. Other kitchen / cabinet makers charge extra for soft-close slides or special hardware. Doremus Kitchens includes those as standard and their workmanship is top knotch. FULL hardwood, bases, doors, shelves, everything. They did a nice job installing and finishing all the trim and pieces around the kitchen and we even purchased the countertops thru them (Formica). Looks great, and will be very durable for years to come.
Description of Work: Doremus Kitchens helped us design our new kitchen and assisted in our planning and layout.
