Pavers and Hardscaping Service, Landscaping
Let me first start by saying that this is the first review that I have posted anywhere ever! I was so satisfied with my service that I feel compelled to let Angie's List know. After dealing with numerous mediocre landscapers (who do not have the time to return phone calls) I can finally say that I have found my last landscaper!!! Julie from Las Flores Landscaping was always prompt on all appointments and had excellent communication on all projects. Julie has a great eye for design and knew what worked effectively for my project. Every concern that I had was taken care of. She listened to my needs and wants in my landscaping. She even knew what I wanted before I even knew what I wanted!!
Communication was stellar. Julie sent multiple emails showing me what the plants and trees would look like. Also it gave me information on how they grow, when they bloomed and how to take care of them. She took the time to take me to nurseries to choose which exact plants/trees I wanted. She even showed me projects that Las Flores had completed so I could envision how the plants/trees would look when mature!!!
As Julie knew that I did not have a green thumb she would stop by on occasion to see how things were going. She even watered for me and I didn't even know it. I also got emails depending on the weather to tell me if I should water extra or stop watering altogether.
As far as the Las Flores crew?Luis and Henry couldn't have been more professional, neat or more hardworking!!! As they worked I would pick Luis' brain and he even gave me on-site suggestions! Of course I loved his designs and I went forward with them.
All in all I am a very detail oriented person and I am very satisfied with Las Flores Landscaping of New Hope. My expectations were exceeded. I get continuous and multiple complements on how beautiful our landscape is. I have already had Las Flores come out this spring to plan out more projects for me. They also dohardscaping and I have seen their work. It is just amazing.
