They did a terrible job. They ruined my brand new floors, broke and stole several items, and when I contacted them (because of course, they are insured), I was told all would be fixed and paid for. I have continued to try to reach the owner, who now, obviously has everyone avoiding my calls. I have had to call from a different number just so someone would pick up the phone. This is an unethical company.
The cleaning was ok; they basically don't thoroughly clean anything - the toilets weren't done properly, and they run a quick mop over things, then spray air freshener everywhere.
I am appalled.
One would assume because they have been in business for so long, and are insured...etc, that they know what they are doing. Forget it. Go with someone you know who is referred to you.
