Excellent The Roof Doctor came, surveyed the facia, went to get the needed materials and returned to complete the job. We had contacted 3 other contractors who never showed up.

You can't go going with Len and his crew. They came on short notice and saved the day with fixing my slate roof and replacing my fascia. His crew is professional and do great work.

First rate all the way. Len and one of his long-time craftsmen made a personal visit to assess our needs and carefully explained options. His estimate was reasonable and even with the intervening Covid-19 pandemic, he kept us up to date on when work could begin. The roof replacement was accomplished in one day; cleanup was immaculate and we could not be more pleased with the result. We will never look anywhere else for a roof contractor.

Len called me within two days and got the job done withing 2 weeks. Since shingles were not available to match the color of our roof, his son moved shingles from another location to make sure the fixes were not visible from the sidewalk. Len was in touch with me throughout the process. I'll definitely hire him again.

The work was performed quickly. The staff was pleasant and tidy. So far we have experienced two very heavy thunderstorms with no leaks.

This review is a little late but I have to say that Lenny and his crew are amazing. Lenny was always so prompt to answer my phone calls and answer any questions or concerns that I had. I am so pleased with my new roof and the whole process leading up to installation day. I went to work with an ugly roof and came home to a beautiful new one. This man is honest, trustworthy and does amazing work and I highly recommend him.

Len was very honest and his prices were better than other quotes, the quality of his work seems to be excellent, and his crew finished on time.

Hired Roof Doctor. Len came out and found that the sleeve around the bathroom exhaust pipe needed to be replaced. We have not had a problem since Len repaired the sleeve.

Lenny was terrific! He promptly responded to my message on the weekend then called on next business day. He answered all my questions and gave reasonable price. When he arrived he realized the color shingles he brought didn’t quite match. Google Maps sent him on a bit of a goose chase as he went to get closer color shingles. When I got home from an appointment Lenny and partner were wrapping up the job. They fixed the roof shingles, inspected roof gluing down other shingles that were loose, caulked and sealed the rings around pipes that exit roof and fixed the loose siding! He laughed telling me about the GPS shingle goose chase and wasn’t angry or annoyed. So glad I found him on Angie’s list. Will use again if need any roof repair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

9pm: send out Angie's List message requesting repair 10:20PM: replied, asked for phone contact 8:40 AM: called him up. He had already swung by, gave estimate over phone 11:30AM: On site, started repair 1:00PM work completed. Price is right. Nice guy. Fantastic responsiveness. Did not try to up sell, said roof was overall still good, but gave a rough estimate anyway. Repair looks great.

They came out to evaluate the issue on the same day that I called and returned the following day to make the repairs. Very happy with their service.

The team did an excellent job addressing the immediate roof and gutter repairs. I was provided an explanation for each replaced item, cleaning results of findings and a quote was given for replacement cost to be performed at a later date...a definite hire in the near future.

Great. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned up everything. Len even said they would clean the gutters. We had just moved in to the house and the gutters were in pretty bad shape.

Len is amazing!!! Upfront and honest, called after 5pm, he returned the phone call the next day and then came out for estimate that day. Told us what was needed now and how much longer we had on roof till a completely new roof is needed. If only all contractors where as honest and professional as Len. He's proof there are still good guys out there, we are very fortunate to have Angieslist to rely on in this day and age, and greatfull that "The Roof Doctor" is here.
