The price was reasonable. They are cheaper than the competition- that is why my husband chose them. They usually come the next day after the order.

They were pretty good, they came out when they said they would. I am in the mountains so they don't come out there everyday but when they said they would they did. A lot of other companies I have problems with. They don't get up around the area to much and just for one customer, that is a pain in the neck and you know how they think. Reimer was good and they were honest with me. They said yeah, we get up there once and a while but it is a little remote for us. Blah, blah, blah but when they did say they came, They came and they did show up on time. The guy was a gentleman and I was actually $27.00 short and they billed me. Being a new customer you would think they wouldn't do that. I like them, they were really good and their service was on time and all that. That is very important up there. They are very professional and have never found water in my tank.
