Premier Granite and Marble

Premier Granite was the worst experience we have had with any home contractor. While Mr. John Hart, owner, was very helpful and pleasant the first time we visited his business it would appear he is quite a nasty individual! In November 2015 we went to the warehouse they utilize and picked out the granite for our kitchen. We followed up at Premier giving them a check for $1,750 so that they could get the granite and hold it on their premises until we were ready for install. In April 2016 they templated our countertops. Apparently he had no clue what he was doing! We ended up with our small peninsula jutting past the end of the wall by several inches but that I could live with! They placed the seam to the right of the sink in the direct line of site as you walk into the kitchen. Then they placed another seam to the left of the sink! Again, in direct site line entering the kitchen. Then the 'adhesive' used is the absolute wrong color. These seams in no way match up and are blatantly obvious. When we called to discuss our concerns and request he come out to see the install job, Mr Hart was rude, arrogant, nasty and belligerent. He refused. When I stated that we were referred to them by a good friend but had used a Granite Fabricator in Stroudsburg for out last home and had no problems, he asked, "WHY DIDN'T YOU USE THEM THIS TIME?" Now that's a way to run a business! I was able to place a stop payment on the check. Mr Hart filed a small claims case against us that we look forward to attending! STAY FAR AWAY

The service was excellent. The workers were fine. Everything went as planned. They were on time. They did their job and left. It was great.

The service went wonderfully.  I went to the showroom and chose the granite I liked best.  I went to another place to pick out the tile for the backsplash.  They did an excellent job with the install, were on time, very courteous and did a great job!
