Home Building
Do NOT do business with either Joseph R or Tylene Panuccio Contractors
Inc OR LLC. This man stole our life's savings. We hired him to build our
new home. He took our money, did not pay sub contractors or suppliers.
He breached our contract in several ways. He is fraudulent. He steals.
His design efforts are sub par, he does not use materials stated in his
contract. He used our money to finish his own deck and pay sub
contractors to build his step daughters renovation. We terminated our
contract with him. He agreed to provide us with a list of all invoices
paid and unpaid and to return unused monies to us so we could pay all
the people he did not pay. He had one month to do so. He did not comply.
He has stated he will be filing bankruptcy, yet concurrently opened a
new business under another new name PANUCCIO CONSTRUCTION LLC. He states
he has 1 million dollars in insurance. INSURANCE covers his mistakes it
DOES NOT COVER him stealing from customers. BE SURE your contractor is
BONDED, which protects the consumer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS
company, Joseph or Tylene.
