The chimney on the 1930s house we bought was falling in and a tree was growing out of it. I was hard to tell exactly how much work would be necessary because neither tree was growing right next to it, covering up the problems. Mr. Spotts repaired the chimney, repointed it and installed a cap on it as well as on another chimney.
