Eric came out to the house to access what would be needed in order to install a central air conditioning system into my old home.  He arrived at the prescribed time and poked and prodded at the current configuration of the heating system.  He measured everything and checked to see where all of the current ducts were heading.  He took his measurements and came back with the estimate for the work.  He answered all of my questions and after accepting the bid, he immediately scheduled the work to begin on July 5th.  

Prior to the start date, all of the needed equipment was delivered to the house so that when the workers arrived, everything would be ready to go.

The crew of four arrived on time to begin the work.  The men were all polite and friendly. I expected some major disruption of my days with noise as the old ducts were removed and the new ones constructed.  They had to expand a hole through a concrete block wall as part of the install.  BUT, it was much quieter than I expected.  I did not even hear them chipping through the concrete block.  They used my garage as a staging area, assembling the pieces of duct work before coming inside.  They worked hard, very professional, keeping the mess to a minimum.  Their conversations inside the house were completely work related.  They used my cellar entry as their major in and out walkway which kept the main part of the house quiet and clean.

Each day, they would let me know what was done and what was to happen the next day.  It took four days to complete the work, with the last day being a system check after the newly installed air conditioner had run for a day.  They sealed up any leaks that might have been in the ducts and checked pressures in the system.  They expected to be here a couple of hours, but it took less than one hour, so they had done a good job right from the beginning.

It was an excellent experience and I am enjoying the cool air in my home.  I would recommend this company for any heating or air conditioning work.  They are very customer oriented and respond to all requests promptly and professionally.
