Skip communicated well and kept me informed on progress of the project. He also coordinated work by the propane company for hook-up and installation of an additional propane tank. I pretty much had him coordinate the entire project and he did well. Things moved fairly rapidly and the generator is installed. The installation crew was great. They were pleasant and polite and very hard working. They too, kept me informed and answered my questions, as did Skip. i would not hesitate to work with My Family Electric again.

Bernie stayed with us even though we had problems. Waiting for a resolution now.

Excellent experience. A wonderful company to work with, truly a family experience. Wanted a generator installed and they were the only company that had them actually in stock so that the project was performed in a timely manner. They also arrive on time or actually called on one occasion to advise that they were going to be 30 minutes late. I have put off several electrical related issues in my home due to lack of a electrical contractor I am comfortable with. That problem is now solved.

A contractor that came out early? that was less expensive that anticipated? Yes they do exist.... They were scheduled to come out on a Tuesday - they completed a job on Saturday that was not far from my home, so they called and asked if we were available... we were and they came out and completed the service quickly... I would highly recommend these folks. So I did not have to wait til Tuesday - they were done ahead of their promised schedule. Well done and thank you
