Exceptionally well. Lee was a pleasure to work with. She was unusually patient and spent a lot of time going over various tile combinations. She had excellent design ideas that she did not push. The price was well below other estimates and the finished product looks great. Any problem areas were attended to in a timely fashion. I would recommend them without reservation.

It was great. We wanted to change the tile three times and she was very easy to work with. She also worked with us on the price. She came out several times to check the work when she didn't have to. She went the extra mile for us. The workers were also very polite and courteous. They also cleaned up very well for us and were always on time.
We liked them so much that we're having them install a counter top in the kitchen.

Based on my experience with the EOS sales staff, I would recommend that anyone looking to put stone in the kitchen or bath should discuss the project with EOS and get a quote from them. They were definitely in our group of finalists because of the professionalism of their sales staff.
We ultimately decided to go with another fabricator because the other fabricator's choices in the type of granite we had decided upon were visually closer to what we had in mind. It was simply a matter of the stone being closer to our taste.

I went to Essence of Stone looking for counters and tile for a backsplash and am thrilled that I did. Lee was a pleasure to work with. She spent four hours with me going through the process so that I could achieve the look I was after. Lee even stayed open late one night so that my husband could see what was selected and to answer any questions he might have. On the days of the install, the workers were efficient and cleaned up everything. After a few days, Lee called to check on everything. When we get around to doing the bathrooms, I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I am very satisfied with the work and service of Essence of Stone which removed my older existing kitchen counter top, replaced it with a custom granite counter top, and installed a custom ceramic tile back splash. The sales and design people at EOS were a pleasure to work with. They showed me different options for granite and tile in a helpful and non-pressure way. Installation was completed in a timely and professional manner. All workmen were courteous and punctual. I am very happy with the finished job.

They have been very responsive and very helpful. They did not try to upsell us. They quoted us on exactly what we wanted. They were very reasonable, very knowledgeable, and very professional.
