AA Housecleaners

AA cleaned my home approx. 4-5 times over a 6-7 month period. At first they were responsive and did a nice job cleaning my home. However, Aline was not willing to commit to a specific day each month to clean my home. She asked me to call her each month to schedule a cleaning day. This was difficult because it was hard to reach her directly, and when I did, she would have to call me back, which would take days to hear back from her, not to mention her very poor English. As time went on, it was harder and harder to reach her directly and/or to get a call back to schedule and confirm a cleaning date and the quality of cleaning started to slip. They seemed to rush the cleaning and I would find a number of areas that were not dusted or cleaned. I also got the feeling that they weren't mopping my floors or were just doing a poor job. I didn't get a chance to address this with her, because she just stopped returning my calls to schedule another cleaning service. It was a though she blew me off because she didn't feel like dealing with a monthly cleaning customer and/or didn't feel like she was getting paid enough for the service. I have a very small townhome, and didn't have them clean my family room or do anything extra, so the amount I was paying was very fair. Since I was not able to get a response from Aline to schedule another cleaning date, I have been forced to find another reliable quality cleaning service which is not an easy thing to do. I would NOT recommend AA Housecleaners.

They do everything a normal house cleaner does and more; they are very meticulous. They always put things back to where they were. They are safe, they are reliable, they show up on time, and they charge a reasonable price. If I'm not here

I have used AA Housecleaners for over 5 years. They arrive on time and never skimp on the work. I have had the same three cleaners on every visit. They are efficient and thorough. They are very respectful of my property, no breakage in all this time. I find it easy to communicate my wishes and they are always happy to do a bit extra when necessary. My house is the envy of my friends and it is due to Aline and crew.When they leave my house sparkles and they even take out the garbage! You will be very happy with their work every time you have them in your home. They will service the Mainline and surrounding area.
