I have had nothing but problems with the car since I got it. I bought the car "as is"... first mistake. I didn't realize you shouldn't buy a car that says that. I bought a warranty after the first problem thinking there might be more... I was right.
The fuel pump sensor went on the car. I had to keep track of the gallons of gas I put in the car along with the miles I drove. They said there was nothing wrong with the car even though the gas gauge didn't work, it read empty when it was full, and the engine light stayed on, this went out for at least a month. Finally I took it back again after they never responded back to my calls, and this time the computer scan read there was something wrong. The service tech said he'd talk to the owner's son and get back to me about where they'd do. He never got back to me... I waited three weeks, finally I wrote the BBB, the Chevy Division and Atty. General's complaint department. I was so fed up at this point. Another thing, the car has a lot of scratches on it... they said they'd send it up to the re-con department to have them taken care of... they never did. The owner's son said I could do it myself. I have a disability and can't squat so I'd have to take a chair out to the parking lot and touch up the paint myself. He never gave me the paint.
Now I have a transmission problem and I've only had the car for 6 months... 92,000 miles on the car... got it at 83,500. It's going to cost at least $2,000 to have it repaired... I don't have the money to put into the car so I'll have to take out yet another loan. Had to take one out for the fuel pump sensor because the warranty that I bought didn't cover it. The owner's son is the one who determined what warranty to sell me, I paid close to $500 for it. They band-aid the car to hold up till someone like me bought it, now it's falling apart.
This dealership is dishonest. Everyone is friendly and smiling while talking to you but they lie. Don't go to this dealership for a used car, you're asking for problems if you do. They even threw out my disability papers that were in my old car, they wouldn't let me look for it. The salesman said I had it... I didn't. Like the old saying..."buyer beware" especially at this dealership.

Had an overall excellent experience. Called in advance of going to the dealership to talk availability and trade ins. Spoke with Ken who was great. Upon arrival met Michael (a bit young, inexperienced and overall a bit unprofessional) which is the reason for the "B" rating above. He disappeared a couple times during our visit including one time where he got in his car and left?
Overall though the transaction went great. We were able to get the price of the car where we wanted it, got a fair price on our trade in and got a very good financing rate. No surprises so far with the vehicle.

at first it went good salesmans nice/polite . the truck did have minor flaws but cause of milage i was fine with it . when looking at the truck the sales man was trying to sell me another newly traded truck instead of this one ( now know why !) on test drive turn signals didnt work ( they replaced turn signal stalk free of charge next day cause service left for the day ) sale went great gave me highest offer on my trade then anyone else . was showed clean caxfax, work done to truck in service totalling $4k. said state inspection done, front transaxle seal replaced, rear window resealed, body work on rear fender done . i found out days/weeks later that is a need to do list not a done list as stated ! cause howd it pass state inspection with out turn signals and horn not working ( found out horn didnt work on way home from after getting turn signal fixed ) also rear window still leaks air, front transaxle still leaks ,body work never done . so my advice is if you buy a used car from there check it completely
