Patrick did a really nice job of communicating prior to the job, working with me on scheduling, and doing exactly what he said he would on the job. He helped design solutions for a couple of tricky parts, which was nice. He also kept the work area clean. I'd recommend him for similar work, and would use him again for other services as well.

He's an artist.

I've used his services in the past with excellent results, and this experience was no different. He has a good eye for detail, has wonderful craftsmanship, is very trustworthy, and charges competitive prices.

Without exception Mr. Carrabine showed superior skills to any contractor my family has used in our many years of home ownership. He is a perfectionist who stays on budget and on time. We did not use any other company as Ting provided design, demolition, constructin and painting..When understanding that in addition to his training and certifications in building and contracting, he also holds a degree from a prestigious University in Industrial Desigm,, Mr. Carrabine's passion for his job and the outstanding outcomes make total sense.

Patrick reviewed a magazine picture of the desired fireplace and provided drawings.
He also added on tasks as we went along such as troubleshooting wiring, repairing the wall after another contractoer rerouted a gasline.
Patrick is meticulous in work and in cleaning at the end of the day.
The work was completed at a reasonable price. The project extended longer than desired due to the addition of additional taks and other commitments.
I would highly recommend Ting Design for fine carpentry work as well as general carpentry, repair and painting.

Project took about 5 weeks from start to finish...including removal of existing facilities...all debris was removed quickly. New powder room looks great.

We got his name off of Angie's List. His painting ability is outstanding and he is a very good painter with high quality work. I was very displeased with the punctuality because he kept putting it off. The painting job was beautiful and is better than the original job but still, he needs to get better with his scheduling.

Since we were going to have many family members stay with us over the Memorial Day weekend for our son's wedding, it was important to us to have the outside of the house sparkle. Patrick took the time and left the house looking impeccable. There was a little miscommunication regarding when he was coming back to finish the job (he power washed our house on rainy days and painted at another jobsite on sunny days), but it all worked out in the end. Patrick is a very conscientious person and delivered what he promised. We would definitely hire him again.

The finished kitchen is functional and meets all expectations in performance, design details, and layout. The project took a fairly long time, but Patrick does meticulous work and is detail oriented. We have continued to re-hire him as a result of this.

This is a new business that is motivated to please. The owner, Patrick Carrabine, is candid and articulate - an excellent communicator. Each time we contacted him by phone or email, Patrick responded promptly and in an informative manner. He agreed to visit the property to estimate the job, and was careful in the process, taking measurements and assessing deck quality and current finish status. He then provided an estimate at the time he said he would provide it - the estimate contained issues about which we were curious. We communicated with him about the issues, and as a result, one aspect of the job was removed and Patrick provided an updated estimate. He then indicated when he would do the job (with appropriate weather contingencies). Two blizzards later, after snow melt permitted access to the deck, he made the appointment and arrived with his crew on the agreed-upon date; and performed the work over the next four days. We were able to observe closely his and his crew's attention to detail, and were impressed with the thoroughness of the work. He completed the job in the time estimated, and we feel the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. This team took its time with our project, and delivered on time, with absolutely outstanding quality. We will definitely use Ting Design in the future.
