 + -1 moreThey have been charging my credit card $14.95 each month for almost the last year saying that my wife signed up for some sort of membership. I called them to get my money back because my wife said that she never signed up for any sort of membership. They offered to refund $59.80 but the total comes out to $156.50. I feel that I should be refunded the full amount since we never signed up for this membership, we just made a one time purchase. This company is a scam and I feel what they are doing is illegal.
Description of Work: My wife called last year in March to make an purchase order.

Description of Work: Several times I emailed customer service o the status of my order. They never got back to me. I had to call them. They told me that the order was on back order, but when I placed the order a second time on the phone the sales person said that it was in stock and that it will be shipped that same day. I should have received this item by October 30, 2009, but I have not yet. They did not apologize for informing me of this back order. I would not recommend from buying.
