They have been charging my credit card $14.95 each month for almost the last year saying that my wife signed up for some sort of membership. I called them to get my money back because my wife said that she never signed up for any sort of membership. They offered to refund $59.80 but the total comes out to $156.50. I feel that I should be refunded the full amount since we never signed up for this membership, we just made a one time purchase. This company is a scam and I feel what they are doing is illegal.
