John was curteous on the phone (and through the fix), and agreed to come out and look at the issue at no charge. Upon arrival, he even offered to open the garage door manually if I decided not to go ahead with the repair with him. He fixed the issue successfully and billed for 2 hours of labor plus the part, even though he spent well over the hours on the issue (he was well aware the fix should not have taken more than 90-120 minutes.
Given the above, I would use John again for odd jobs around the house, and would rate him an "A".
