We had a terrible realtor that made us feel like it was an imposition to sell our house through her. We found Bill through our son. Bill saw the beauty of our house and sold our house when other realtors thought it wouldn't sell. With Bill's help and positive attitude, we sold the house in 6 weeks! He advertised and was as enthusiastic as can be. The closing went so smoothly. He's still following up with us, even now, and when we're ready to sell our current house, we'll be using Bill!
