Dr. Rowan and Dr. Urioste have 50 years of veterinary experience combined. They treat all pets as if they are their own. Busy? You may drop off your pet for the day; a doctor will promptly assess your pet, speak with you, & provide the necessary care. Dr. Rowan has performed veterinary surgery for over 28 years & he is often called on to give second opinions. Even better, new client exams are free! We’re proud to be AAHA Accredited Animal Hospital since 1960. Veterinarian-supervised Boarding & Doggie Day Care with separate Cat Boarding accommodations. We are very proud of our boarding facilities & offer a HEALTH GUARANTEE. Grooming & Bathing - drop your pet off for a nice bath & comb out. There is nothing better than being greeted by a happy, freshly-washed pooch.

The staff at PVC are very professional, extremely welcoming and friendly the moment you walk in the door (thank you, Lisa!), and they are impressively knowledgeable about dog handling (shout out to all the vet techs and kennel assistants). The exams are never at all rushed, Dr. Urioste is so compassionate and obviously cares about animals. Furthermore, she has great communication skills with pet owners, happy to explain things, answer questions, offer suggestions. You can tell how happy everyone in the office is, and how happy the animals are as well, by the calm and upbeat atmosphere in the office. I've boarded my dogs here and they came back happy, healthy and clean! I only wish I had discovered PVC earlier!

I've been going to PVC since 2005 when I adopted my first lab. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable and I look for them on advice in caring for my dogs. They've provided great referrals when one dog needed cataract surgery and another needed a hip replacement. They were especially caring when it came time to say goodbye to two of my dogs - they were 100% supportive. I highly recommend them.

My dog was very old and failing late last year. She had been cared for,
groomed, and boarded at this practice many times. The vet at Paoli
Vetcare was great; he helped me by talking me through the process of making the
decision to let her go, assuring me that this was the right decision and the right time - no guilt.
The staff are also wonderful. All around, the
years I dealt with this practice they were always great.

I HAVE ALSO USED THEM FOR BOARDING SERVICES BEFORE. THEY DO A GOOD JOB ON HIS GROOMING, AND I AM PLEASED WHEN I PICK HIM UP. THEY TAKE GOOD CARE OF HIM WHILE HE IS THERE FOR A GROOMING.
