Had this work done in August 2018. Amazing service with estimate at my home and pickup, delivery of the rug. Will definitely use again!

I had an antique wool rug that I wanted repaired and cleaned. Paoli rug came personally out to my home to give an estimate (after giving an approximate amount over the phone). They then did a beautiful job on the rug and brought it back. They even held it for me a few weeks until my renovations were complete. Definitely would use again.

Fantastic selection, service and price - a pad was cut and everything installed the same day I bought the rug. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable owners.

I needed a rug cleaned that I thought was Persian which I had purchased in Istanbul in 2009. Paoli Rug Co. told me it was actually a Pakistan rug and pointed out small stains I hadn't noticed. The rug was cleaned and returned earlier than promised and truly looked like new - beautiful, clean and even softer than before. Paoli Rug Co. does a fantastic job, and the owners are lovely.

After discussing price over the phone, I brought the wool rugs in to drop them off. But after taking a look at the type of rug (they had a latex backing that would most likely be damaged by the deep cleaning process), we determined that it was not worth the extra money to repair them post cleaning. Through the entire conversation, they were completely professional and transparent, and helped me think through my options. Although I didn't actually use their services, I will definitely go back the next time i need rug cleaning or repair.

My rugs always look fantastic when I get them back! It is better than buying new ones!  If anything comes  up during the cleaning process...loose threads, issues with the fringe, etc., they call to discuss it with you before taking any action. They have even taken the time to teach me about how a rug should be positioned in my home so that the nap of the rug shows to its best potential. Since the first time I used Paoli Rug, my relationship has only grown stronger. Nader and his wife always greet me by name and ask about my kids and how things are going with the family. They are beautiful people and it shows in everything that they do! I would recommend them to everyone!

They were very easy to deal with.  The rug was a gift brought from the Middle East and needed a good cleaning.  They gave it back to me looking like new.

Paoli Rug did an excellent job with our rug.  They cleaned the rug, removed the odor/stains and brought back some of the original "wow" of the rug.  They removed the tassels, bound the edges, and repaired a rip in the corner.  I call a couple weeks ago and we scheduled a pickup.  They came out to our house and reviewed what we wanted done.  A couple weeks later they delivered the rug as promised.  All-in-all a great experience.  I would definitely recommend this company.

I had previously used Paoli Rug to clean several large area rugs and was really happy with the work that was done and with the quick turnaround.  Most recently, I asked them to clean and restore an approximately 4x8' silk area rug on which the binding was ripped on both sides.  They completed the work in about three weeks, and the rug now looks and feels like new.

The owners gave me information about the rug, e.g. age and type of rug. The owner loaded the rug into my car.

Incredible service like you never see anymore. Quality of workmanship, customer service, price - all impeccable.

We called in the am for them to pick up the carpets and they were there the same day. They measured and removed the rugs . They gave us a delivery date and the rugs were delivered as promised. They relaid the rugs for us which was a big help. The rugs look great! They were very professional and polite. Would definitely use again.

The owner was extremely knowledgeable about the carpet telling us about the country of origin and details about its fabrication and condition. We agreed to have the rug cleaned and repaired. This was completed in very short length of time and at what we consider to be a very reasonable price (we have a number of carpets we have had services elsewhere, but they are now closed). We find Paoli Rug Company to be the most competent and reasonable with whom we have done business and plan to use them for our other rugs as well.
