"[Member Name Removed] is talking about a minor incident that happened in 2016 when my ladder slipped. Imagine that, a human being doing your home inspection. However the reason she’s extending herself so bitterly across the Internet to try to destroy my reputation is that she recently lost a four-year lawsuit on every count she brought against me. The only option she has left from her frivolous lawsuit which cost my insurance company $100,000 in attorneys fees is to try to slander my reputation. It’s sad."
"While this damning review has some correct concerns, those that implicate me are not fully explained and are inaccurate. This is a complex situation that can not be openly discussed in a forum such as this but since I was formally and openly reviewed poorly I felt I needed to make a few comments in my defense. I explained to the [Member Name Removed] family how sorry I was for what happened to them. You will not find any review like this for me on Thumbtack, Angies list, or Google Reviews. This stands alone because it is unique. I explained to the [Member Name Removed] that the concealed items in their home were not visually inspectable without a "destructive" or invasive inspection; that which I can not do. The homeowner hid these problems and those who inspected after me had the benefit of looking at a problem from the end result (leaks) forward. Additionally, I explained from a contractor's perspective (which I was previously) why some of the most severe items listed in other subsequent reports were inaccurate and why. I spent many hours on this problem after these issues came to light and did not dismiss the [Member Name Removed] family casually as [Member Name Removed] suggested. Additionally, the subject of my returning my fees never came up in any correspondence. I would not have denied that request given the personal hardships they've had to endure as a result of the previous homeowner's concealment of certain conditions. How does it benefit me to provide anything less than the best? And, as you review my other customers' comments, you'll note that is what I try to provide every one of my clients. The images included in her review were taken in May in warm weather after frozen ground had melted. This baseboard was inspected in March when there was snow and frozen ground and it did not look like this at that time. Again, once a stain arises it them becomes more possible for subsequent contractors/inspectors to reverse inspect from the visual problem backwards, I did not have that luxury"
"[Member Name Removed], Thanks so much. It was truly my pleasure to meet you and serve. I must say, a review like that is truly the dream of all business owners. Thanks again!! I wish you well."
"[Member Name Removed] serves from beginning to end and has a way with buyers that transcends her job to a position of friendship with her clients. She has ALWAYS put her clients' interested first even if it means that the house we're looking at together is not the one for them. Her patience and persistence to follow through and to stay detail oriented but calm astounds me each time we work together. You will not regret working alongside [Member Name Removed] to purchase or sell your home."
"WOW! You must be an awesome teacher with how well you write! ;) I'm very grateful to have met you both and your families and I do hope the rest of the process of getting into this home goes as well as the inspection process did. Thanks for all your eloquent and kind words and I'm very happy that you were pleased with your treatment from start to finish. That's my goal!"

"I'll assume that describing me with the word "danulous" was not a typo and was a word that sums up an home inspector that loves his job so completely that he did everything in his power make sure you were educated on the items (both good and bad) concerning the home your were considering purchasing! Thanks. It was great to have met you and it was truly a pleasure to work with you."
"[Member Name Removed] would be the type of person you'd hire if you wanted ANY project to just get done. His organizational and people skills are unrivaled. I've been privileged to know him for a number of years now and every transaction we have emboldens my opinion that he is simply one of the best realtors in PA and the industry is better because of him."
"[Member Information Removed] works very hard for her clients and leads them to homes that are ideal for them.
