Melissa was extremely knowledgable of the end-to-end process and guided us through the details the entire way. She helped us lock in at a very low interest rate which helped us save even more on our monthly payments.   Her professionalism and expertise made the entire process a very positive experience.  We will definiltey use Melissa again for any future home purchase or refinance!

Relocated from Liberty Mo. Realtor suggested Excel Mortgage.

Contacted Chris Pappa regarding a 30 year fixed rate Mortgage. After a few questions chris called me back

 within a few hours with pre-approval. Rate at the time of closing was 4.00% and no fees or points. Only paid for an appraisal ($325.00). All and all very smooth process with no suprises.

Would definitely recommend Chris or anyone at Excel to anyone needing a Mortgage.
