It was a great experience. We've worked with several painters over the past ten years for both interior and exterior painting jobs around our house and CertaPro of Great Valley was the most professional, punctual, and easy going of all of them. They took the stress out of the entire experience because they were just that easy to work with!

I found their estimate to be reasonable. They were neither the least or the most expensive. Cindy was great to work with and hooked me up with a woman from Sherwin Williams who came to my house to help me pick out colors that would go with my counter tops and floors. She did a great job! We used the colors she recommended and it looks beautiful.
The crew that came to my house were very hardworking. They got it all done in 2 (long) days.
We had just a little issue that Cindy was very quick to call about.
All in All a great company to work with.

I am very happy with them. It is back to being one color and doesn't look patchy. He educated me on my project. I just knew that I wanted to have the outside of this stucco painted one color, because I had the grey mortar and white stucco. He educated me on the different types of paint. He was apologetic because the estimate was so high. He explained about the cost of the paint. They came to prep the house and power washed it. He power washed the extra part of my house for nothing which really helped me out. I thought I was going to have to hire somebody else to do that. He was just very accommodating and very transparent with the numbers. He told me about the type of paint I should use to get a good job that lasts. They did the work when they said they were going to do the work.

The owners were good to work with. I had some issues with the crew that came out to do the work. They used a different kind of paint that was a lesser grade. I felt the work was a little sloppy.

"Disappointed to learn a year and a half later that there is/was now a concern regarding the type of paint which was used. As was initially requested and agreed to by the customer, and clearly specified in writing on the written contract, we used a high quality Benjamin Moore paint. If there is any failure whatsoever- even at this late date-we will gladly return to address it."

They were excellent. They did the work while we weren't here. It was the high eaves on the roof that they painted. I went very well. The whole job needed two coats and there were a couple of spots that needed primed first because of replaced wood and all of it was done corerctly. I would highly recommend them.

The work turned out well. The workers were very professional during the job and on time. They ended up putting an opaque type of stain on the deck. Overall, the experience went very well. I would consider using them again.

Working with Cindy and Bob was great. They provided great professional service from start to finish. They were very knowledgeable and addressed any concerns we had. I used CertaPro Painters of Great Valley to paint my home in the early Fall of 2013. We had not painted in the 5+ years we had lived in the house and I knew that we were long overdue, as some areas had shown wear even when we moved in.
I decided to try CertaPro though a connection with Cindy, co-owner with Bob. Bob came over to give me an estimate, and I was very impressed with his knowledge and forthrightness. He looked carefully at the areas where the paint had begun to peel or wear away and discussed with me the value of scraping and painting now before my problems got worse. Yet, he know my budget was a big consideration and worked with me to decide on an approach that would protect the house but not cost me an arm and leg. His knowledge from years in the construction business gave me added confidence in his assessment and advice. I liked Bob's cooperative, professional and understanding manner - no high pressure, no guilt tripping me into choosing a higher priced option or unneeded extra service.
Scheduling the work was painless and the Turget, the painter was as accommodating and thoughtful as I could hope for. He showed up when he said he would, kept me in the loop on his progress, exercised his professional judgement appropriately and sought my input when he came to aesthetic vs technical decision points. He was very experienced and professional, which showed in his thought process when I asked him questions. He was courteous and respectful to me, careful in carrying out the job, and obviously took pride in his work.
Bob and Cindy were on top of the job, each of them stopping by several times to check in and make sure I was satisfied. They also followed up after work was completed to ensure my satisfaction. They are very customer oriented.
Overall I was very pleased with the personnel, timing, cost and finished product. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CertaPro of Great Valley and would use them again.

Everything went very well. Bob was prompt and professional. Provided me with a very competitive quote and went over all the details with me. His crew showed up on time each morning, were neat and cleaned up each evening. They even went above and beyond and fixed some drywall that wasn't in the quote.

Professional, punctual, and economical. Bob and Cindy were friendly and spoke to me like a human being. The walk-through was simple, and they gave me a great value. When the service was being done, they were unobtrusive, quiet, and respectful. Service was finished in the time period allotted and the results were wonderful. The service was top notch and I know I have a painter I can trust. I would not hesitate to call Bob and Cindy again for anything painting-related!

The owner of the business came promptly to provide and estimate and a full explanation of what was needed. Measurements were taken and a complete estimate was provided on the spot. I was impressed with his professionalism and the job was completed as promised. I am very happy with the results.
