Lovely facility - the nail technician was a bit disheveled, which is sometimes a concern. My main issue is that her equipment was not clean - she used dirty emery board, and her work station was very dirty. Would definitely not return.

Very clean, prompt service. Only complaint is that the therapist did not put enough muscle into the massage!

It was just fine. It is very clean and relaxing. The people that I've had services with are very good at what they do.

They do pretty much everything there. It is pricey. It's a good place. I went there for at least 7 years. The staff was friendly. For me it has been a financial issue. If it were not for that I would go back.

I have gone to Antoinette Day Spa several times. I have always had excellant service, but I must admit that I request the same person (Lynn) each time. I think finding and sticking with a single person is the best way to ensure continued excellant service. I have gone to other spas in the Paoli area, but I like the attention Antionette provides me and the professional results.

I like a person called Mickey. They very personalized service, very clean, good with appointments and are very knowledgeable.

It is wonderful. I love the fact that their massages are really good. They have really good staff. I do not ever get my hair done there. I have my nails done there. I have had my eyebrows waxed. In terms of availability, that is the problem. You really need to give them a week's waiting time usually. They are always booked. It is hard to get in. Office environment is wonderful; it is very nice. I would continue to go there in the future.
