Trotters exterior insulation

We needed some dryvit repair done to the front of our home.  I obtained atleast 5 different estimates. After talking to the various contractors all of whom did stucco work, it became apparent that dryvit repair is not their specialty.  I did a google search and was fortunate to find shawn trotter who specializes in dryvit work.  All my interactions with him were very positive and professional. He took the time to explain the scope of the work and gave a very reasonable estimate compared to other estimates I received.  I checked all his references including a company that does home inspections and all of them gave him very high marks.  He was very easy to work with.  It was clear that he took great pride in the quality of the work he does.  Almost a year later when I had some questions, he more than gladly addressed them.  I would without any hesitation use him again if needed.
