Jeff Tillett did a thorough review of our issues, recommended solutions, got the supplies for the job and within three hours had everything done. He also answered other questions we had that helped us make some other decisions. We asked to have a detailed invoice expedited and he provided it that same day. Finally, he warrantees his work. I would highly recommend him for your repairs.

Mr. Tillett quickly determined that the top of the drain had a crack, he went back to their shop to get the correct piece and repaired it quickly. He also very kindly talked to be regarding another issue I hadn't brought up to him initially. The job was done very professionally - I would highly recommend.
Description of Work: I had a leak coming from the master bath shower drain, straight through the kitchen ceiling. This is a problem we had a couple other times and other plumbers put some caulk around the drain and the problem kept coming back.

After looking through the list, I contacted Tillett Plumbing based on other reviews. I left a non-emergency message on the weekend and was called first thing Monday morning. They were able to come out at a mutually convenient time and was able to install the box quickly. There was a small amount of drywall cutting that was replaced and we will do the finish work on that.
Description of Work: Our washer box was corroded and we were no longer able to shut off water to the washer.

They were very prompt, professional, and efficient. I would definitely hire them again.
Description of Work: They cleared out the roots and other buildup from the plumbing to open up pipes that were becoming clogged, and removed unused toilet and capped the opening to the plumbing. I haven't had a problem since.

I would highly recommend them. They did a very nice job, very thorough, and I am very pleased with what they did for me. The unit is a very expensive one, and I converted it from oil to gas. The way it was installed and the way that they did the pricing and everything was very neat. They were not overpriced for plumbing and heating because I did call around and they were right in there with everybody else. Whenever I have issues, that is who I call. It is a good family owned business. They are very professional and very trustworthy.
Description of Work: Tillett Plumbing & Heating installed a gas-fired water and heating unit that hangs on the wall by a triangular tube.

Description of Work: I had an underground water leak near the water company valve on Sunday November 18. The water company shut off water to my house. The Tillett company offered to come out that day to give me an estimate (after another contractor told me to wait 10 days). I said it wasok to comeon Monday. Jeffrey Tillett arrived early Monday. He did his estimate and stayed at my house until he received approval from the insurance company. He then immediately called the utilities to come out Monday afternoon to mark their underground cables ( which they did). Jeffrey arrived early Tuesday morning with his backhoe contractor and had the problem fixed by early afternoon. I was impressed with his willingness to start the job on a Sunday and his concern to get my water service restored as quickly as possible. He was friendly, courteous and prompt. I'll use Tillett for all future plumbing needs.
