We have been pleased each time Haller has come to do work at our house. The technicians are friendly, polite and leave our home clean. We receive a complete report and they will answer all questions.

My initial contact with Haller was very professional and the technicians seemed highly competant. They helped me select an appropriate system. However, the sales rep overlooked that a 40 year old systemhad 40 year old ducts. Even with "efficient enough" SEER 13 equipment, the torn and exposed distribution duct system cannot transfer cold air to the warmest rooms without losing efficiency. The technicians are not at fault...the sales agent just sold the equipment without conidering the distribution system. The technician told me everything would be fine, but was reluctant to let me look at the ducts hidden behind the chimney in the attic. He hastily asked me to sign off when I was walking out the door. I would not hire them again unless they resolve the problems with the poorly performing ducts.

Very professional, punctual, pleasant, and competent.

We had checked out 3 other businesses that deal with heat pumps before we selected Haller. Haller was, by far, the most professional and easy one to work with. The salesman, Adam, came to our home and was very friendly and knowledgable about heat pump systems. He answered our questions, wasn't at all pushy, and later on made sure that everything was done well and on time. The installers were likewise very friendly and professional and did a good job despite having to work on our project all day and in cold, inclement weather. We had a Rheem 3 ton unit installed and are very happy with it.

Excellent install

Haller Enterprises, specifically Nate Graham and Mike Minney, provided excellent customer service. The quote I got from them was significantly lower than UGI ( whom I had a service contract with). Because of the age of the system, I decided to replace the whole furnace and AC unit. The installation went off without a hitch in one day.

I waited 2 hours for a serviceman to come. My husband was ill with cancer and being without water was a hardship. The serviceman diagnosed frozen pipes but said he could not work on it because it's a mobile home!!!! I had to start over again to try to find someone who could come and it was another 2 hours before someone came. In the meantime, I had to take my husband out in sub zero weather to a friend's house so he could use the toilet. I will never call Haller again.

The duct cleaning was done well in the fact that my ducts are very clean. The issues resulted when the Tech only taped the patches (where he had to cut into the duct-work to get the vacuum in the duct.). Little did I know that these would come off. The AC unit started to not cool the house well, and when I went into my basement a couple of days later, I noticed that I had 4 patches on the supply lines had come open, and I was air conditioning my basement. I believe that I received a bad Tech, because the guy who did my install was Awesome. When he came back to finish the natural Gas furnace install he promptly cut larger over sized patches and screwed them in. I no longer have any issues with my ducts, and the AC unit is much better than the one I replaced. I haven't had a chance to run the heat yet as it is summer. I think I won't have any problems. I would use Haller again and would recommend them. Their installation techs have been very professional. My only hesitation is the duct cleaning. The tech might just be the issue. The ducts are cleaner than I expected, but I had the issue of air conditioning my basement for a few days. If you have the ducts cleaned make sure they screw the patches on and then tape them.

After the first appointment I thought $1200 was a bit steep. However, that upfront cost put the next 4 times they had to come out to get the heat going (all the same issue that didn't get fixed on any of the previous trips) under warranty. At this point I pretty much have had every functional part replaced. They always came out, promptly, and when they said they would. The guys that came to work on the unit were all very professional at all times.

They did extensive work and the annual inspection for us. They do a good job. They are very professions and professional. They do their work very thorough and give you quality.

Called them after our A/C did not work all weekend. They came out about 2-3 hours later even though they quoted me a much longer window until they could service us. After reviewing the diagnostics, turns out we just needed Freon, but they also helped us with an extensive cleaning since we had just purchased the house and it had not been done in awhile.

They came out and gave an estimate; they did the work all in one day; and it worked perfectly. They are always professional and their techs have great skills both technically and with people.

The represenative arrived on time and was pleasant. He explained what he felt I would need. He gave me some options to think about. Once I made my choice, a date was set and the furnace was installed. |The employees sent were knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Haller.
