Inspected my basement wall.. and told me that the wall was not an issue.. and would not need repair.
Was also available to speak on the phone to concerned broker and buyer.

Walk through for an old house to see how much repairs would cost.

They were very timely and worked according to our schedule. The work was excellent and we felt money well spent.

Buzz and Ken were exceptionally professional but still approachable and friendly. They were prompt and efficient. I was very impressed with the quality of the work they did. I knew they were replacing the door but for the price I thought it might be low quality. I was incredibly surprised when they came in with a very high quality door with a window in it and everything. The pipes they flashed through the roof were done carefully but still with great efficiency. Also, the washer was an auxiliary task- I mentioned to them I was struggling with adapting it, and not only did they take a look at it, they worked it into their day to find me the materials- which took several trips to different stores to find the right parts, but they came back and fixed it that day. My husband and I enjoyed doing business with them so much that we are now looking around the house for anything else they could fix or improve on! I would highly recommend them to my family, friends, and anyone looking for a high quality of work for a reasonable rate.

He did an excellent job. He did the job fairly fast. The people renting didn’t even have to move out for them to be able to the job! He had a reasonable estimate & was able to stick to it.
