The repair man was polite, and prompt. The dishwasher repair went very well and works perfectly. The washing machine repair however did not. After replacing the seal between the door and drum (Bellow), he turned it on for a few seconds, said it worked and left. My washing machine has not worked since. Other than a leaky seal, I have never had a problem with it prior to this. I called, and he came back out promptly and said it was the motor control unit which they could fix for a few hundred dollars more. I refused, pointing out it functioned fine the day before the "repair". I was told there was nothing they could do. I was billed the full price, and I offered to pay for everything except the new part for the washing machine, and they refused saying it was not their responsibility, and that they could not return or reuse the part. They compared it to a mechanic putting new tires on your car then you get into an accident a block later, the mechanic would not take back the tires (I checked, mine would). If you are the type who believe things magically break after someone takes them apart to fix them, this is the place for you. I found the manager to be very unprofessional and unreasonable. I offered several "deals" where I would pay up to 75% of the bill, but got laughed at and told it wouldn't be fair for them to "eat any of the cost for my machine breaking".
