His work was beautiful. He was very meticulous. The only complaint that I have is that he went over his estimate without clearly communicating this to us. We were able to to discuss this. He was very dependable in regards to showing up and completing the job in a timely fashion. Although he had a written contract, the business aspect of this is not his strong point. He focuses most of his energy on completing a beautiful project. Our patio is now a focal point of our home. Despite the estimate problems, I would use him again and just put into the contract that any changes in price would need to be approved in writing first.
